Building on Industry Beans’ reputation as an iconic Melbourne coffee brand, Platform was engaged to help design two new interstate venues, positioning it as a gateway to artisanal coffee through a simple, easily legible spatial language.
Industry Beans Sydney occupies Carlton House, a redeveloped heritage development in the CBD. The Brisbane venue combines a coffee roastery with a light-filled multi-level food destination. Platform optimised and elevated elements of the brand’s existing retail language to create a new benchmark and enable operational efficacy.
Both venues articulate Industry Beans’ premium coffee offering through a sophisticated minimal palette of clean white surfaces and solid timber touchpoints, accompanied by abundant greenery throughout.
